Coach Daniela Arteze uses the Higher Self Now method as a path to self-knowledge and personal development. Your Higher Self is a powerful guiding beacon that will manifest itself in countless ways. At birth we are connected to the universe in a pure and perfect way. As we get older our personalities are shaped by our environment, often this environment can cloud our connection with our Higher Self. When we are disconnected from our Higher Self we can feel out of place and feel like things aren’t going as they “could”. This disconnection can lead to feelings of anxiety, sadness, or apathy making it hard to achieve our dreams and goals. The good news is our Higher Self is always there for us, holding our highest and best intention. A great way to access the Higher Self is through our unconscious mind. As we become more in alignment and in tune to this part of us, we allow ourselves to live in the flow of the universe. Our Higher Self is our guiding light and can manifest itself many different ways. During our sessions together I will help you to indentify and learn to listen to your Higher Self. Your intimate connection this aspect of yourself is one of the best ways to achieve your desires.
